Zircon brick – this is a fireproof product, made of zircon as raw material and soft clay as binder.
Zircon brick production process
After grinding zircon sand, it turns into agglomerates, and after cleaning it is crushed to particles of a suitable size. After dosing → mixing → trapping → high pressure molding → drying → high temperature firing.

About transportation of zircon bricks
Zircon bricks are packed on wooden pallets before transportation. The delivery time to the factory is usually 7-12 days, and making custom-made products takes longer.
