Direct connection magnesite chrome bricks
Direct bonded magnesite chrome brick – this is a product, made from fused magnesite and chrome concentrate, sintered high or secondary purity. It sinteres at high and super temperature with less foreign materials, where the glass phase is concentrated in a triangular space, and the crystalline phase is directly bonded to the crystalline phase. Low porosity, high compressive strength, high wear resistance, good resistance to erosion and thermal shock, as well as the property of preventing the formation of streaks, it is applied in the dry production cement rotary kine firing zone.

Magnesite-chrome brick

Anti-strip alumina brick and silicon mullite brick
Fireproof alumina brick with anti-strip effect, produced by our company, made from special bauxite fireclay by adding aragonite or ZrO2 and molding under high pressure in certain proportions. It has high anti-strip properties, potassium resistant, sodium, sulfur dioxide, chlorine and basic salts, as well as low thermal conductivity. It is an ideal material for the transition and decomposition zone of the rotary kiln.
Silicone mullite brick, produced by our company, made from special bauxite fireclay by high pressure molding and high temperature sintering. It features high compressive strength at room temperature and high structural strength. Good heat resistance and wear resistance, as well as high anti-banding properties make it an ideal material for the transition and decomposition zone of the rotary kiln.
