Adopting high strength module with high strength and low thermal conductivity
The cold surface temperature of a large-scale rotary kiln in the cement industry is 280-320°C. Since no suitable insulating material previously existed, it could not be effectively isolated, which led to a huge loss of energy. Use of high temperature, high-strength and low thermal conductivity modules with thickness 40-50 mm allows you to reduce the temperature of the cold surface of the furnace body by 100-130°C.
