What is dry tamping mass

Dry ramming mass is a type of amorphous refractory material, which uses a vibration method without adding water or liquid binder. Under the influence of vibration, the material can form a dense and homogeneous whole, and strength will be provided by a thermosetting binder or ceramic sintering agent when heated. Dry vibrating material consists of fireproof aggregate, powder, agglomerator and additives.

Production process of magnesium calcium iron tamping material

Mix natural magnesite, dolomite, lightly burned magnesia or other raw materials, containing calcium oxide, and raw materials, containing iron oxide, in a certain proportion, after fine grinding, ball pressing, calcination at high temperature in a shaft or tunnel furnace.
