How to use corundum for injection molding?

Corundum refractory casting material has stable performance at high temperatures, good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Corundum refractory casting material is mainly used for lining high temperature industrial furnaces. The refractory casting material was obtained by mixing a cement binder based on calcium aluminate.

Use of corundum castings

1. Before making corundum casting, construction tools and construction surfaces must be clean and tidy.
2. The manufacturing temperature is maintained at approximately 30°C, and the ambient temperature during the manufacture of corundum casting cannot be lower than 5°C.
3. Use clean drinking water and accurately weigh the amount of water added, the amount of water added is approx. 5% of the total quantity and can be increased or decreased accordingly depending on the actual situation.
4. Use a mixer with forced mixing, to mix the aggregate evenly, powder and binder, and mixing tools must be clean.
